1. Filter Press Plates
Filter press plates are one of the most material-intensive components in the entire filtration industry, consuming thick plates typically ranging from 30 mm to 100 mm or more. CNC-precision drainage grooves are machined into the surface to channel filtrate while retaining the solid filter cake — making them essential for chemical sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation.
For these heavy-duty plates, we recommend our Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) Sheet for its rigidity and chemical resistance, or our durable HDPE Plate (High Density Polyethylene Plate) where high abrasion resistance is critical. Where superior strength and reduced warpage are required, our Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene Board provides added structural integrity for large-format plates.
2. Centrifuge Liners
Inside chemical centrifuges, protective liners shield critical components from both abrasion and corrosion. The constant high-speed rotation and contact with aggressive slurries demand a material with an exceptional combination of wear resistance and chemical inertness.

3. Demister Frames
Demister (mist eliminator) frames hold the wire mesh that captures entrained liquid droplets from vapor streams in scrubbers and separation columns. These frames must withstand continuous exposure to corrosive vapors and condensates while maintaining structural rigidity.
Our Polypropylene (PP) Sheet delivers the acid- and alkali-resistant performance required for these frames. In environments where fire safety regulations apply, our Flame Retardant PP Board provides the same chemical protection with added flame-retardant compliance.
4. Strainer Baskets
